The Crisis Center has provided mental health services in the Douglas County School District since 2005. These services include psycho-educational small groups, whole class interventions, teacher and parent consultation, and staff trainings. Unfortunately, we don’t offer this anymore due to school budget cuts.
We do have the Outrage program – a thought-provoking educational theater performance by teens about teen dating violence and sexual assault. High school students present current statistical information and depict realistic dating situations. Following the 20-minute performance, the high school student actors answer questions from the audience. To learn more, contact us.
